A note from our founder
Two years ago, Ghumo Bihar was just an idea — a belief that people from Bihar wanted to travel, they just needed someone to make it easier and more exciting.
We started on Bihar Diwas 2024. Our first trip was a small experiment: Patna to Rohtas with just a handful of travellers. But more than 500 people applied for that first free trip. That was our first sign that we were onto something.
Since then, the journey has grown faster than we imagined.
From that first Rohtas trip, we have now completed 110+ trips across 18+ destinations, taking 2,500+ travellers with us. What started as a travel company has slowly become a community, with 40,000+ travellers connected with us on Instagram and 175+ Google reviews from people who have experienced our journeys.
Today, Ghumo Bihar is recognised by Startup Bihar and Bihar Tourism.
But for us, the numbers tell only half the story.
The real achievement is seeing people who travelled with us once come back for another trip, recommend us to their friends, and trust us with their families, students and teams.
We started by taking people on trips. Today, we’re building a community that travels together.
And honestly, we’re just getting started.
