Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Ghumo Bihar group trips. The booking amount (30% of the total trip cost) is a non-refundable reservation charge.

If you cancel

• 15 days or more before departure: full refund, excluding the reservation charge.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the remaining amount (after the reservation charge) is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: no refund.

Example: a ₹10,000 trip

• Reservation charge kept: ₹3,000 (30%).
• Cancel 15 days or more before: you get back ₹7,000.
• Cancel 7 to 14 days before: you get back ₹3,500.
• Cancel less than 7 days before: no refund.

If we cancel or reschedule a trip

• Too few bookings: you get a full refund of everything you paid, or you can move to another date.
• Weather, strikes or other reasons beyond our control: the booking amount is kept and the rest is refunded, or you can move to another date at no extra cost.
